Factory One offers lean manufacturing capability building programs, conducted by the lean experts, to power your business. Our offerings can be tailored for specific industries and companies to suit your needs.

We have built capabilities to deliver most of Factory One programs remotely for participants that are not able to travel to the model factory.

Overview

The dual impact program equips SMEs and corporations with measurable improvement in their performance whilst building enduring capabilities; with a focus on management infrastructure, technical operations and, mindsets and behaviours. It runs 16-20 weeks with 70% of the time spent in on-the-job implementation of the pilot programs.

Who it is for

The offering is suitable for manufacturing SMEs and corporation looking to transform their operations to lean production capabilities. Participation in the Learn and transform program will require:

• Leadership commitment to fulfil the requirements of the program
• Corporate entities in Qatar and the region including top management, factory managers, production, operations headDesignation of 2-3 key employees as “change agents” to participate and apply learnings into the business
